Wow, look at that. Archlinux + e17. Pure, no composite, no effects, no extra modules loaded, 2 terminals and eating just 81mb of my ram. Not bad for something between a WM and a DE.

32bit or 64bit?

if it's 64bit I'm impressed. Otherwise, it's decent. I'm on a Debian Squeeze minimal install ATM with Openbox, conky, a feh wallpaper, and extra wifi/virtualbox services going and it boots to desktop (after I hit startx) with 110MBs used. So again, if that's 64bit, I'm VERY impressed. Otherwise, well I'm kind of skeptical that's 64-bit because my last arch linux with a compiz standalone and almost no extra services (not even wifi) used 140MBs. Mind you this is without any low-mem configuring going on.

Hi. Never before posted nothing but questions but this forum looks different.
Also never posted an image so don't know if it will work.
There it goes

This picture was taken by my girfriend in the house of General Fructuoso Rivera (the first president of my country) now a museum.
As is obvious (politics apart) so early as begining of the 19th century this guy was clever in choosing his OSs.
(The #! was in the other room wink )

^ Great Debut, really like the wallpaper. Especially how the bg color harmonizes with the blue conky parts. One thing I'd change is the size of the time and maybe also the date, it's too big imo and draws the focus away from the center of the desktop to the upper left corner. Anyway, just my 2 Cents, welcome to the forums smile
