Using a second tint2rc as an auto-hiding dock/launcher (you can see it peeking through the bottom 3 pixels in the cluttered pic). I set the tint2restart script to bring up both tint2rc files when I restart in case I change something and need to 'apply changes'. In the top-right there's another single item launcher that brings up 'cb-exit'.
The next step in my theme-ing adventure will be turning the top tint2 panel into a wingpanel on the right side that'll sit on top of apps (hence moving the titlebar icons to the left) and turning the auto-hiding bottom one into a combined Launcher+Taskbar (a la Docky/Plank) using a 'launch' script I saw somewhere on this forum.
