How to autostart netspeed-applet ?

Tried a few variations of (gnome) netspeed-applet insertions in autostart.sh. Still no cigar. Any surefire suggestions please? TIA.

Re: How to autostart netspeed-applet ?

You don't really want to be using anything gnome, as if its a gnome-panel applet it wont work in tint2. If I wanted to have netspeed info at boot up I would configure conky to show it. But I think you can put some pretty ugly netspeed applets in the tint2 panel dock though- just as ugly as the gnome ones. Or you might want to try fbpanel.
