Mike would put on a bit of Moonsorrow, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ibny2SRliB0
After that he would sharpen his broadsword.
Nice screenie, just another quick update:

@ew - The only issue with Aptosid for me is that it is very basic. I had to install a lot of things to get where I needed. I am not saying this is bad, but it is very very basic. By all means give it a go, you may like the basic setup it provides.
An example is there is no conky installed at all so you have to load all applications. Not a big deal as I said, just look to build it from the install on.
Good Luck!
Thanks to all for nice advice. As for conky it`s no big deal. I have built it on other distros. But maybe I should try Siduction instead of Aptosid.....

tried aptosid, you were right Vastone too basic, moved on to Siduction and am very pleased mostly because I'm running 8 - 14 degrees C cooler.
going to try dist-upgrade & 3.6-8 and hope for at least the same hopefully better results.
@ enzo-lorenzo, welcome and great job. looking forward to the next.

This is great! Lol, figures you used that Everest wallpaper too. We often have some overlapping favs.

That hummingbird wall was pretty good. Have you tried Elementary OS Luna Beta yet? Figured you'd be all over that as soon as it went live.

I imagine you in your hotel room refusing to go down stairs and mingle with the yuppies. Instead, while your camera batteries charge you cower over the geezer netbook and code out your ruby gem RPG, sipping airplane size bottles of Tanqueray that managed to slip easy into your coat pocket.

That's cool info about the siduction installer. I had no idea the about the CLI slickness that lay below the surface.

@packrat, Siduction does look nice and I will let you know more in a day or two. IIRC, the installer is not one that appealed to me in the past... I seem to recall a web based installer but am not sure if it is Siduction.
I'm looking forward to your 30 Distros in 30 Days thread

Hey 'Burn, I have tried it but it's too locked down for my tastes. Loving GS3.6 at the moment.

Even better, the browser-based installer also works in elinks-lite. The only thing that does not work is the very last screen, when it should show "Installation completed, you can reboot now" -- though you can track the debug information in another terminal window to see that it completed the installation. Unsure if they have fixed this "issue" in the latest RC2.

I have most of the keybindings I need (pain in the keester, Openbox!), but can someone tell me how to get a dropshadow under xfce4-panel (4.8), or under tint2 (I tried commenting out panel_layer=top in tint2rc, no joy)?
