Nice one rooster; how did that Gentoo install go? I was debating an install of Lunar but never went through with it. For that much effort, I'll re-install Free/Net BSD instead.

Back on topic; more fluxbox on SalixOS 14RC3:

It went good.  I did a few things different this time since experiencing exherbo and funtoo before.  I used gpt partitioning, and didn't mess with letting gentoo manage my kernel sources, just downloaded them from kernel.org.  I'm trying to set this baby up with kvm/spice for my work vm.

I could post more schemes in the Xdefs thread if you like.

They are always welcomed and appreciated....  smile

It's also pretty cpu intensive, since it creates eight terminal windows running cmatrix (which is cpu intensive to begin with).

Nothing special, just an observation:
The numbers are relative but -on my laptop- urxvt with cmatrix is 8% more cpu consuming than terminator. Each instance of urxvt adds 6% or 7% more. Terminator stays at the same cpu levels after several splits with cmatrix.

As always a good selection of colors that amaze me, for they are simple yet are complex.

Most of the conky is my original except for the conky forecast.

@ mosesgunn, dura is right.  Easiest thing is just to look around DA, here, UF forums to get ideas and just create your own.  Saying that I'll link you to mine when I am done.

i made my first own weather conky shell script, messing around with sed.
there's been none available for that website so after grinding my teeth for almost a year, i now made it myself.
