What is this (the colored part/app)?

download from : http://www.nedrebo.org/code/rhythmbox/desktop_art, it displays text by default, but that can be removed by resizing the plugin in its settings, accessable through just right clicking the album art

Couple of small changes...switched from bmpanel to tint2 and changed the background.

Oh, and it's a fresh 9.04.01 installation
