Hey there. I've been using Linux exclusively for 7-8 years now and #! for over 2 - on my desktop that is. Retirement came early at 45 due to Rheumatoid Arthritis so here I am in the Valley of the (too damn hot) Sun, Phoenix AZ. Besides these computers I'm into guns - for target practice, for hunting, and for personal defense. Luckily my RA isn't so bad that I can't still ride bicycles. Mountain Biking used to be a passion but now it's just about getting exercise on the asphalt or on easy single track trails. There's not much more to tell except that I really really love CrcunchBang Linux. I've used nearly every different packaging system and was very happy when we moved from Ubuntu LTS to straight Debian. Debian testing has always seemed to be at least if not more stable than most other distros regular releases. Perhaps there's a reason why there are more Debian-based distros then any other: possibly more than all others combined.
Oh, I was a Computer Operator for Hertz Rent-A-Car right before I retired after the RA forced me to shut down my roofing company. There I was exposed to nearly every OS, Enterprise and PC, that's existed in the last 20 years and that's where I switched to Linux via FreeBSD after using MSFT from 95 - 2K.
Greetings ack-fin. Welcome to the forums
