Running Virtual Machines [Solved]

Evening All,
I can't find the article now, but a few months ago Linux Format ran an article about running Linux VMs from the commandline with no additional programmes. Does anyone know whether this is possible with #! Waldorf and if it is, how do I go about it.

Okay I've found it in No 162. It's called Linux Containers.
Now just to work out how to make it work
