Emacs and Kate. Those are my favorites, but Geany is gowing on me.

I only use geany. It has everything. Vim good too, but don't use it.

Most of my websites are developed using WordPress; however, when I want to do a back-to-basics static HTML site I use either KompoZer or SeaMonkey Composer, both excellent WYSIWYG HTML editors.

Geany would work, but when I did HTML many, many moons ago, I used Bluefish and liked it. But I haven't used it in years, so I can't really tell if it has improved or not (or gotten any worse). Hope that helps.

I'm not really a fan of WYSIWYG editors for anything. I do my prose writing in vim these days, though I do now have to convert my essays into .doc format afterwards...
