I just open the bottle and give it to the customer with a glass. (Some less civilized young people don't even use the glass.
)
The only beer we have on draught is Kirin Ichiban Shibori (lager).

I can understand not using a glass for a lager but for a stout I would always use one.

Drinking from a bottle shakes the beer up every time you drink from it. In a glass the head sits nicely on top and protects the beer underneath from oxidization, so even a lager tastes better.

I agree, but if you are out then sometimes a bottle is easier to hold. Especially if you are as clumsy as me.
Mind you I usually drink pints anyway

I've no clue where it's originally from, but it's tasty … and expensive: Desperados - beer, flavoured with tequila.
Edit: it seems, it's from germany, there is just a german and a dutch entry in the wikipedia. I don't get it. My first time I saw and drank this beer was on Gran Canaria around 10 years ago. I've ever thought it was from the spain region.

Personally, I don't drink much except water/milk/hot cocoa, and I'm happy with that. Also, I'm under 21 and am in the USA

Holidays I drink a local ale by the name of: Winter Welcome from the Sam Smith brewery.
I don't drink often, but when I do I enjoy a light buzz

^ OH what the Sam Smith is local? OOoh so jealous
I just had a local beer ... by a brewery without a beer license so they give out 'samples' that are pints. This was called the "St. Elmo Smartass" ! It was quite good.

I love this one( Bernard Pilsner ‘Svetly Lezak' ) http://www.pivovar.co.uk/bottled-beers.html . Anyone that hasn`t tried one yet, should really do just that:) I also like Miller Genuine Draft, Sol and Corona. For the darker beer I love Guinness. I also like heineken, tuborg, carlsberg and a lot more...

Born, raised and still living in a west-german town (Düsseldorf) with a long tradition in brewing the famous 'Altbier' (top-fermenting beer which translates to 'old-beer' because of its 'old' style of brewing), I'd like to recommend to you the regional brands of "Füchschen Alt" by the small 'Füchschen' brewery ('foxy Alt' - due to the dark, red color of the beer) and "Kürzer Alt" ('shorter Alt' - due to the name of the alley its brewery is located in, 'Kurze Strasse', which translates to 'short street') by the 'Kürzer' brewery which is even smaller. If you ever come to visit Düsseldorf, be sure to have a nice cold 'Alt' in one (better: both!) of the above locations!
Cheers,
Agnus

^ Hopefully the shift is over soon and the day will get better!
Always does... but if it were't a bit annoying, they wouldn't call it Work.
Appreciate the thought. Thanks.
