~/.quodlibet is a directory and no executable file/script..
Try
(sleep 10s && quodlibet) &in your autostart.

The '~'is a bash thing: replace it with /home/YOURUSERNAME/quodlibet

and still no luck?

I took a cue from your post and modded auto start to

(sleep 10s && /usr/bin/quodlibet) &
