Make XFCE Panel Stay Below All Windows (not possible - solved)

Does ayone know if there is a way to make the XFCE panels dodge windows so it only goes above when moused over? Or at least make it stay below full screen windows?

I disabled struts with this:

xfconf-query -c xfce4-panel -p /panels/panel-2/disable-struts -t bool -n -s true

and just changed the panel value for each panel. But all that does is allow windows to go full screen and the panel stays above them.
For now the work around is to use auto hide but Id like to have the docks showing when a windows isnt in the way. Any ideas?

^ Nope... Been a request for the panel since 2006 and never been made an option.

Autohide is always the 'recommended' fix.

You could always get rid of the panels altogether and use docky which I decided to do two days ago. Yes docky uses about 3x as much ram but 30MB out of 4GB does not hurt me. It has offers the behaviour you want and I find it more functional than a xfce panel.

^ Same reasons I use Tint2, except that it uses 1/3 of those resources...

I was playing with docky about a month ago and your right it did exactly what I wanted but I just didnt like it. Ive gotten used to having the XFCE panel on autohide and find that most of the time I dont even use my launchers I just right click anyway so if it wasnt for the pretty icons (oh something shiny) Id probably do away with the panels altogether.
