Howdy, folks! I'm painfully antisocial, so I thought I'd go ahead and introduce myself (pro tip: I love self-referential humor that no one likes).
So, I've been lusing superbly since 1987 and found my way around to #! in the beautimous year of 200-something-or-other-that-I-can't-recall, loved the switch to Debian with Statler, and stuck around ever since.
Like most of you, I'm sure, I have a certain love for repurposing older systems into something other than a bookend / doorstop / chunky brick, and a particular love of minimalist aesthetics and design that manages to take over any computing platform that happens to grace my presence with its sweet, sweet perfume. I also love hideously complicated sentence structure and abusing the English language.
So, so currently, I'm running #! on a ridiculously overpowered laptop just to make it feel extra-snappy -- because I just do things like that. Of course, that's not taking into account the numerous other computers I've used #! on that actually made appropriate use of it.
(C'mon, though, I love seeing that I'm not even using 5% of my available memory most of the time! It makes me feel special.
)
So, so... so I'm here and writing "so" a lot. Time for some revisionist posting magic to mock myself with style and subtlety (nevermind the fact that I just pointed it out, I didn't do that, don't judge me).
So, so-so "so" silliness solved, I suppose some social statute states sign-offs should succeed such suck-tastic schticks, so....
Hi, how are ya?

Welcome to #!
One of my favorite pastimes is to use slang inappropriately around the younger generation. Drives 'em NUTS!
Self-referential humor, indeed...
