Disable chroot chain notification in openbox?

Hey, I'd like to use the chroot to get some sort of organised key configuration but I can't find a way to disable the small box that appears in the left corner whenever I use chroot. Leaving it there as it is messes  with my minimalist desktop style. I would like to either disable it altogether or if it is possible, change the text on it. I mean, "C-A-m" is just ugly but plain "m" would be acceptable.
