I usually have:
bowl of cereal with milk
cup of yogurt
piece of fruit
When they're in season, I also like to have blueberries on my cereal. On the weekends, I have a maple-flavored pork sausage patty as well.

Black pudding is one of the few things I have not finished when it was on a plate in front of me. The taste is fine but the texture doesn't do it for me.

My favorite Breakfast.
Fried potatoes mixed with diced smoked sausage and 2 fried eggs (with runny yolk) on top.
Also has to have a few shakes of Tapatío on it.

I have real breakfast just on weekends, then it is usually a tortilla with potatoes or just with eggs, ham, crispy bacon, all kind of cheese and I always need some cold meat. White bread of course and coffee.
In the week, just coffee and cigarettes, maybe a toast if I am really hungry, then up to work and waiting for launch.

traditionally, cup of coffee and a cigarette, since I stopped smoking it's just a cup of coffee

COFFEE! And some smokes, usually. I'm with Ivan. On the weekends I may have some eggs and bacon with toast to soak up my coffee, but not always!

mmmm, breakfast this morning was a salmon burger slathered in this strange but very tasty kale and tomato relish I mixed up last night with some cabbage as the bun. I wish I had more for lunch and I wonder if I will ever be able recreate this relish. I have no idea what seasonings went into it as I was a bit tipsy when I made it!

Another coffee only person here (I don't like eating early in the day).

I usually quit drinking beer around 5 am or so and pass out in front of my laptop.

^ That sounds like a really late dinner.

I heard breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I think you folks who miss it out really should rethink. It also seems to be the best time of the day to indulge in all the greasy animal-fat stuff like the traditional English breakfast. Not bad really except for black pudding which my dad loved but I hated.
That said, I discovered 20 years ago that what my body really wanted in the morning was Fruit Yogurt Musli - just like what they'd serve in guesthouses in Bali or Nepal.
So, pretty much every day:
a banana
half an orange
1/3 of a biggish apple
good serving of yogurt on top
couple of tablespoons of musli on that
plus a big pot of tea - 3 or 4 cups of ceylon tea with milk (but no sugar, though all that fruit/musli stuff is sweet enough)
...seems to work pretty well for me, but it's basically whatever you're used to.
Your body can adjust to almost anything if you give it a chance.

most morning a decaf coffee with cream, sometimes just water.
Around 11 I usually have bacon and scrambled eggs, sometimes an omelet, or of course leftovers!
