^ Thanks.
I have installed it but every time I run FF I keep getting IW. I installed it from the deb, the only difference.
I will try a different approach.

is this still up? im getting this when i try to install -
Package firefox is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package 'firefox' has no installation candidate
E: Unable to locate package firefox-l10n-en-usOffline
is this still up?
No, sorry, the packages have now been removed from the repository. I will update the original thread.

oh, that's unfortunate. i was hoping i was just screwing something up. haha
what is the consensus on installing the release version of firefox/iceweasel now? mozilla.debian.net doesn't seem to be working now.

deb http://mozilla.debian.net/ experimental iceweasel-aurorais currently working fine for me on Sid, in fact I just got the latest Aurora release 16.0a2 (2012-07-27)
Working better than ever IMO

its telling me to add
deb http://your-mirror.debian.org/debian experimental main that doesn't seem to work though. i'm assuming i need to add something in place of 'your-mirror.'

deb http://mozilla.debian.net/ experimental iceweasel-auroraor for the stable release
deb http://backports.debian.org/debian-backports squeeze-backports main
deb http://mozilla.debian.net/ squeeze-backports iceweasel-releaseWould/Should be all you need.

Since i just realized, that Aurora seems to have an error whoich affects the editing-gui of our CMS, while firefox13 works, i have to say: i regret that decision...
