Tempura Blue theme pack

Well, I've been fiddling with this for a while, and now it's finished. Includes a recolored Tempura GTK2 theme, tint2rc, OB theme and a wallpaper made by @mmesantos1

Aller fonts by Dalton Maag Ltd.

### NOTES ###

- Faience icons are recommended for this theme, as it was colored with these in mind.
- The OpenBox theme is meant to be used without a label, but if you really want it, it's plain white, so it doesn't mess up the theme. The window buttons are visible on hover.
- It is recommended that you use Aller size 9 with tint2. The fonts can be found here: http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts
