a simple python script for configuring Deadbeef in Conky

Download the file ddbf.py.tar.gz and untar it.
it contains:
1. ddbf.py
2.conkyrc
3.screenshot.png
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/25341649/ddbf.py.tar.gz

put the ddbf.py file in ~/.config/conky folder

find the "Deadbeef configs" in the conkyrc and put in your .conkyrc

Re: a simple python script for configuring Deadbeef in Conky

^ It may be a good idea to include a cropped screenshot in such a post, especially since this is your first post to this forum.  ("Pics or it didn't happen", as I'm told they say on 4chan.)  Maybe a short description of what your Python script actually does as well.  I hope you'll forgive me for saying this, but right now your .tar.gz file looks like a pig in a poke.  By the way, someone else here (VastOne, I think?) has created a script to handle about a baker's dozen and a half media players and send the info to Conky; not sure if DeaDBeeF is one of those though.

I would also like a description of what your script actually does and how it does it.
I can't really tell what it does right now.

Deadbeef is one of the media players that VastOne's scripts works with.
