hello #! community!
i would like to add an application launcher (similar to quick launch from windows) in my tint2. im thinking something like this.
|| application-launcher || virtual desktop 1 || virtual desktop 2 || system tray || clock/date ||
the application launcher is similar size with the system tray and clock/date to balance the design
the virtual desktop 1 is bigger that virtual desktop 2 but all can be the same size
in virtual desktop 2 there will be one or two virtualbox process running thats why its smaller
TIA

as i understand it, you would like to have an integral app launcher within the tint2 ?
i have no idea about that, but why not use an external lightweight launcher like wbar instead ?
or, you could use lxpanel instead of tint2, as lxpanel supports launchers.
just my two cents. does anyone else have a better idea ?
