Here ya go.
I believe you're looking for packages named "statler-*-theme".
EDIT: Specifically, I think you may be interested in "statler-ui-theme" for the user interface.

I actually were looking for openbox rc.xml and menu file. 
especially rc file,because I`m used to my #! shortcuts and its openbox behaviour.

I found the default crunchbang statler openbox configs here:
http://packages.crunchbanglinux.org/statler/pool/main/
it is in package named crunchbang-configs.
