how can I have crunchbang openbox configs in my sid install?
where can I find them?

Here ya go.
I believe you're looking for packages named "statler-*-theme".
EDIT: Specifically, I think you may be interested in "statler-ui-theme" for the user interface.

I actually were looking for openbox rc.xml and menu file.
especially rc file,because I`m used to my #! shortcuts and its openbox behaviour.
They are both in ~/.config/openbox.
