Truly bare bones music player

#!/bin/bash
mplayer -shuffle -playlist ~/music/music.pls

where ~/music = directory and /music.pls = a playlist you created.
I had mixed results with fapg so I just exported my playlist from rythmbox

copy and paste into music.sh with your favorite text editor.
run chmod +x music.sh
run mv music.sh /bin/music
type music
uses standard mplayer controls but basically you can control volume and move to the next random song.
ctrl + c or q both work from the command line.
More  fun to hunt down and kill if you start it with gmrun. Some of you will recognize that better as the handy little box that pops up when you press Alt + F2
