what pekwm has that openbox doesn`t?-if any-

There have been several threads on pekwm here. You might want to check out this one or this one or just type "pekwm" in the search box at the top right corner of the page.

The first question in the second thread is very similar to yours.

Or install it and see for yourself. You can always remove it if you don't like it
