Coming from Ubuntu...

.. I just joined #! community.

I really tried, but could not get used to unity nor gnome shell. In my search for replacement I evaluated more or less Arch, openSuse, SliTaz, Aptosid, Sabayon, funtoo. Then for a while I really liked archbang, but had difficulties with AUR packages. It made me wish a lightweight, ready to use openbox distro. For now it seems like #! suits best.

Thanks a lot to all who contribute to maintaining such a wonderful OS.

hi klisse, welcome to the community! if you were looking for a lightweight openbox distro, you are in the right place. plus, you get a great community to boot.

@lain: here in the Netherlands the snow has left today. so has the cold, thank god

Sheesh the snow and cold must've decided to come here to the US midwest ... arghhh ! Looks like a friggin winter wonderland outside ! Oh well ... guess spring will get here, when it gets here.
