All planned features are implemented but I'm still accepting feature requests.
Download:
Features:
- RSS-feed shows recent activity on the forum
- Enables you to edit and save code boxes
- Shows count of unseen posts (can be disabled in the preferences tab)
- Dark/Light Icon
- Better readability thanks to Zenburn colorschmeme (Will auto-disable inverted colors)
- Additional mark-as-read-button at the top. No need to scroll down.
In order for the 'save code'-function to work, you have to go to the advanced preferences tab ( chrome://settings/advanced ) and enable asking for the download destination.

Will it save to a default folder, or will you specify a folder each time?
Do you have a #! icon? ![]()
Will this work on XFCE/Gnome or for the Brave- Windows XP/7
Congratulations, you've figured out the sound of one hand clapping...

This can be configured by the user in the global chrome preferences. I recommend setting it to show an
'save as' dialog each time.

Jep, it's on one of the screenshots.

It is completely platform independent. Chrome extensions are written in JavaScript.

@lain, I love it. But since my themes of Chrome is also black to suit with the rest of the dark colour themes. Could you make the logo white or grey? or like this:

You can now change the icon in the preferences tab of the plugin.

Chrome sync did not save the app from Desktop to laptop.
Are you going to submit to Chrome Store? If so, add the donation link so Ceremonial can continue his quest.
Congratulations, you've figured out the sound of one hand clapping...

Good work dude. Nice contribution to the community! Did you use your NAVI?

I won't submit it to the Chrome Store cause they want five bucks from me. I would have to pay with Google Wallet and i don't want to give up my anonymity for that.
But I added two donate-links to the extension.
Did you use your NAVI?
Of course!

I thought about making the custom style sheet opt in as not everyone may like it.
Thanks for the positive feedback!
Edit: Looking at my grammar gave me a headache.

Thanks for the awesome extension. Is there any chance you will be making one for Firefox?
My son didn't understand the concept of a committed relationship, so I told him it's like making a girl your default browser.

Just noticed this thread and added your Extension.
Really good work, good color choices for readability.. I like the Active Threads Pop Up Click.
Thank You!

Hmm, not sure. Making FF extensions seems a bit more complicated at first glance. You could try this in the meantime.

I cannot install this (and everything outside the store) in the recent Chromium without creating a policy template for Github. Sad move, clever but sad.

I had to download it and drop it to chrome://chrome/extensions/ using a graphical file manager. How sick is that? At least it still works SOMEHOW.

@Awebb
Read that today in the news but I didn't realize that it would affect this plugin too until you just mentioned it.
Damn.
Using userscripts.org is tricky as of today too. I could put it into the chrome webstore but it does not look like I got the time to maintain it. So if something should break in the future do not expect me to fix it promptly. The only thing I can imagine that would break the plugin is changing the RSS-feed though.
If someone forks it on GitHub and decides to fix things or add features I would happily put the fork into store instead of mine.
I'll see what I can do.
