Hey all.
I was getting annoyed having to type in all the full commands for sshfs, and I always ended up forgetting the unmount command, so I wrote a script.
Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to test it yet, since I'm not at home just now, but I put it on the pastebin, partly so that I can access it with ease.
it's easy to edit.
You have four places to edit to customise it:
the two menu's, and the place where it details what the address/mount-point should be when mounting it, and the place where it details what address you are unmounting.
You can easily enough add more hosts if you want.
If I knew how to code anything I'd consider making a light-weight as hell gui frontend, but I don't know where to start with that.
sshfs could do with a gui, even if I wouldn't use it
code: http://crunchbanglinux.org/pastebin/209
EDIT: New code up. this one HAS been tested, though it has no specific error checking (it'll just fail, but you'll see it has no files in the mount-point when you look)
I couldn't get it to work the simple way, but the code is still fairly clear.
