+1, nice work everybody.

Here is a dirty screenshot of my system as it is now. The GTK+ and Xfce themes have been modified from a Shiki Colors theme. The icons are a custom GNOME-Colors set, which inherits a modified Elementary theme. It is a work in progress and I am still playing with it. I will package it all up once I have finished.

I really like the icons, perhaps they could be the default for Statler?
Also, the theme would be nice to include as well (though personally, i'd love it if the min/max/close buttons were more conventional instead of the squares).
Edit: oh, how could i forget???? Arcade Fire is AWESOME!

The plan is to include the icons as default for the next build. Regarding the min/max/close buttons, I am in two minds about them; I think they could possibly be confusing, but then I also think the majority of people will instantly know which button performs which function. Hmm.

The icons are nice.
I think the min/max/close buttons are fine as they are in that theme. Will it be Xfwm only or will there be an Obt variant as well?
Edit:
When did I become a '#! Junkie' ?? O_o

June ... the new month and CrunchBang Statler OpenBox is up and running 25% faster than (insert OS of choice).
On the right my modified conkyrc in progress. I added #! CrunchB@ng by omns after adding a reflection to the wallpaper, my reminder of #!'s speed.
Here is is a bit dirty:
Just your standard, I found them on the web someplace, themes and colours, nothing I did. Someday, maybe.
Oh, and in the bottom left another conky - showing our email accounts, we each have one email.

There will be a matching Openbox version. I think I will play around with the window control buttons some more. I kind of like how you have yours below
Nice work, as always!

corenominal, what are you using at the bottom right to hold your application icons? Is this a scrunched up xfce panel?

I'm pretty sure it's tint2 displaying only icons of running applications... (the default of live cd)
Edit2: I'm always confusing left and right...in all languages... damn dyslexia! But still, on the right I thing it's tint's tray... however I'm also curious about the 3 !# icons...
Edit1: and two screenshots

No, it is tint2, but I am using gtrayicon, a nifty little program for creating notification icons with custom actions.

One more thing, Corenominal.
What's that pine/x-mas tree icon in your tray? I've seen it in quite a few desktop screenshots, and always wondered what it was?

I'm rather fond of these braille-like buttons. Quite a few Openbox and FVWM themes have them now, but I first got the idea from the 1977 Openbox Theme, although I made some custom variants to suit my preferred border and padding widths.

Long time no see, Arp.
Nice theme (arta-dark, right?) and wallpaper. What's the font called?

I don't know wether it can be helpful or not, but this little app helped me a lot...linked today on Ubuntu-it, it allows to change the color of a full icon set. It REALLY works! Check it out! Btw, sorry if I'm OT

No redesign > no screenshot.
Nice gradient, gutterslob, could you share acyl script options for it?
Offline
@tartan
Gradient type: Linear, Diagonal
Color1 = #4FF2D8
Color2 = #143633
Icon Type = 5
If the gradient appears too harsh/bright for your tastes, replace Color1 with #348781... it makes the icons dimmer but gives them a touch more depth, imho.
