Hello #! Crunchbangers,
I've been using Ubuntu for a few years (Gnome) and saw a mention of #! Crunchbang in the forums and decided to give it a try.
I'm loving it! Downloaded and installed it today without any drama. It seems to work just fine for me. I've always liked the look and simplicity of the *box desktops, but setting them up and configuring them was too much work for a lazy bum like me. #! Crunchbang is ready to go right out of the box! Pre-installing Conky and adding the Conky edit/restart to the menu is sheer genius. And pre-installing Flash and media codecs is a nice touch too. I think I've found my new favorite Linux distro! Would I seem ungrateful if I asked for a 64bit version?
The only "bug" I've seen so far is with the wallpaper handling app (Nitrogen?). It will often lockup if I fiddle with it a bit.
Thank you very much!

Hi WiFi Ed
Welcome to the forums, it is always good to have another experienced Ubuntu user about the place. BTW, great username

Not at all. A number of people have already asked for a 64bit version. In fact, it has been asked for since the first release, but I have somehow managed to avoid actually producing one. No promises, but hopefully I will push one out this time around. Having said that, the "lite" version will be arriving next.
Anyhow, nice to meet you and thank you for the introduction
