hi, any suggestions (perhaps a poll?) about an official #! tshirt?
i'd like something based on rfguerin's variations here, but i also like the default logo, perhaps they can be combined?
i have not checked the artwork packages yet, if there is something out there that can be a good base for a tshirt let us know.

Hi marc
What a great idea - I'd definitely buy one
corenominal loves his t-shirts and he would especially love a #! one so long as it's in black!
Personally I would like to see something simple, say the #! logo in white and emblazoned on either the sleeve or chest area of a black t-shirt.
What do others think?

Agreed on tshirts!
I am not usually a black t-shirt buyer, but I would for #!, but also richard's red logo is desirable as well!

Yeah I think a nice simple graphic on a shirt is nice. It's tough to do anything with the gradients etc that my original showed, it would have to be simplified colour wise at least. When we did our screencasters t-shirts we did a logo (and saying) on the front, and then a small URL of the site on the back of the shirt up near the collar. You could do a real simple #! logo that would get people saying "WTF is that??"
and then have the little URL somewhere to fill them in.
Cool idea, no matter what graphic is used.

LOVE THAT!
#! on the front in the pocket area over the left breast
then centered on the back in small type at the top 'crunchbanglinux.org'

I love rfquerin's take on the logo, and I also really like the simplicity of the original logo.
I'm a black t-shirt addict so I'd gladly buy one.
I prefer more minimalist shirts, so I might like the #! on the chest (left breast) and the text logo &/or URL on back. Or, maybe the thin text logo on the front with a larger #! on back. Or maybe just something on the front for cost's sake.

I like this as a T-shirt idea.
.
That is the image that caught my eye initially. I get a genuine BANG sensation from it.
Mid sized in the middle of the chest.
"CRUNCHBANG LINUX" Just like the text at the top of this page
http://crunchbanglinux.org/forums/
mildly sized on the back. Kind of small.

i had the same idea initially, but i don't think it's necessary to make the URL explicit. the original logo as it appears on http://crunchbanglinux.org/start/ is enough. reasons :
a) if somebody googles that text, there are not many possibilities
b) if somebody reads "linux" and know what linux is, he'll get the message. if does not know what linux is, anyhow that person won't use it

Here's a couple of slight variations. Here's a link to the svg file in case anyone wants to experiment and use the t-shirt shapes: (http://rfquerin.org/temp/cbang_teework.svg)
ps. Heathenx got our shirts done locally for OLF so we were able to get the URL on the back collar. I'm not sure if something like Cafepress or Spreadshirt gives you that kind of option.

Nice work! I like both designs and I would purchase both, one of Hanna's for Trouble'n'strife and one of rfquerin's for myself!
I keep meaning to look into setting up a CafePress shop, I will try and get it done as soon as the .02 releases are out.

Don't forget the ever-popular thong that you can sell on Cafepress. I mentioned once to Dave Yates questioning whether or not he sold many of the Lottalinuxlinks.com thongs... Funny, I never got a response.

Yeah. I'm not partial to the 'banana-hammock' style of undergarment.

Despite being a Linux convert, I'm pretty sure my wife would either slap the geek right out of me, or point and laugh, if I gave her Lottalinuxpanties.
