Expanding XFS with xfs_growfs

Okay, I want to expand my XFS partition.

I need to expand /dev/sda3 so that it takes over /dev/sda1 (which is formatted for XFS, but i can easily unformat it if necessary) and eventually I need it to expand and take up /dev/sda2 which is 200GB.

I am trying to use xfs_growfs as GParted live CD seems to not want to work, can anyone show me how to do this easily?
