vfs_cache_pressure= how much?

hello

I found on internet that chaging value of vfs_cache_pressure can improve performance.

Is it true?

on my computer it is set to 50, what happens if I change it to 10 for example?

Do people know about some other parameters like this one?
(eg swappiness etc)
