I will start this off, as it was mentioned in the desktops thread and I always wondered why there wasn't a thread like this.  Just listing the one's I know off my head since they tend to be the best:

I frequent the majority of the ones already listed and also enjoy this one:

Pixelgirl Presents

It's more of a wallpaper aggregator from other great sites, but it's led me to a few very good wallpaper sites (like Vlad Studio) as well.

In all seriousness 4chan's /wg/ has a huge selection and its where I got most of my wallpapers.

But places like gnome-look/kde-look and Deviant Art are also great

i'm surprised noones linked 4chan.  if you stay away from the horrible-ness of some of the imageboards and go strictly to /wg/ i think you guys would be pleased at what you found there.
