I did a fresh Wheezy netinstall (created new / and /home), added OpenBox and a other packages, and then moved to sid. No #! anywhere. No #! in apt.sources. Installed Iceweasel beta from the Debian Mozilla team repos.

Second thought was that you use the same iceweasel configuration file, but you say you have an entirely new /home...

Nope, sync is the only thing I can come up with...

Ahem, probably stupid question, but anyway: did you copy your .mozilla directory from #! to your new home directory?
EDIT: joek is typing faster than me, obviously.
