I tried it as a Desktop download about 2 years ago but it was a bit buggy.
Submitted bugs and BUGGED the dev but after 6 mos of No response I considered it w/o support.

If you want to try a Distro that offers a Trinity Desktop look at Porteus.
I have it as a USB install and it is Quite good (Slackware)
