Partition with CrunchBang install full

Hey guys I recently noticed my space
was full (the one crunch bang was on of course)

sda3 is the one i selected when i had windows.

I didn't want to put crunch bang as sda2 because i wanted to duelboot. but recently i installed debian on sda2 (had more  space),

sda3 didnt have much space.

partions etc

Disk /dev/sda: 250.1 GB, 250059350016 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 30401 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disk identifier: 0xa6c460d8

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sda1 1 26 203776 7 HPFS/NTFS
Partition 1 does not end on cylinder boundary.
/dev/sda2 26 27926 224107520 83 Linux
/dev/sda3 * 27926 30389 19779584 83 Linux
/dev/sda4 30389 30402 105656 83 Linux
tyler@Galaxy:~$

SO there is a option here
But with problems

1) I can re-live my usb again and then when at partion menu do whole drive.
but i cant install the iso file due to no more space.

Re: Partition with CrunchBang install full

Post output of

df -ah

to see available space per partition.

Re: Partition with CrunchBang install full

GotSupreme, I've changed the title of the first post  to something more relevant to the problem. There's no need to put 'need big help' or something similar. A more informative title is more likely to get a response smile

Re: Partition with CrunchBang install full

I recommend you delete some files, so that the partition is not full any more.

Couldn`t you just resize sda2 and sda3? Shrink the first one to add space for the second one?
