I know that this may have been done already but then again there is never something the exact same as another, Personally i hate taskbars (even more so now that i am running a Netbook as my main computer) so i removed Tint2 using both the purge and the auto remove commands, well i realized that i did not really think it through because i no longer had a clock or a few other things i need to keep an eye on these things. so i decided to actually attempt to edit and it seems to have worked out for the better here is the file as it stands now. there are going to be updates to it as i go along and learn more. (you should note because all i have is 8GB SSD i am gearing toward minimal nothing fancy with text or usages)

#PrtSc$alignr Screenshotright now there are a few things that i did not want to take out so just commented them so they do not show. but like i said this is a work in progress and will update as i go along and figure things out. I do hope that someone can find a use for this one as it works wonderfully and also gets rid of the bar at the botton which on the 10.1 screen is valuable...

So Slight Update. I Have added to the commands shown to show how to switch between workspaces with just the keyboard (another good one as trying to use the touch pad is horrible) commented out the Media player as well and yeah there is going to be a drastic change once i figure out how to get two conkys going at once one will be on the left side showing commands and the other will be usage info on the right side. hopefully will figure it out

Hi Wolfeshaman: Thanks for sharing.
I'm using a netbook, too. Just a quick note to let you know that you can move tint2 to be a side panel pretty easily by editing the config. That's what I did. I had it auto-hiding as well, but I turned that off since I seem to have plenty of horizontal space.

I split the original conky in 2, so that the Shortcut Keys is a small separate conky.
