    Hi,

I'm French so I want to modify names of theses files : music, videos, downloads... But when I simply rename the folders, after a reboot, new folders are created with old names :/.

Is there a way to modify that permanently please ?

    Bye.

    Hi Foreynah

This is probably (almost certainly) due to the faulty post login GDM script. The script can safely be removed by entering the following terminal command:

    sudo mv /etc/gdm/PostLogin/Default /etc/gdm/PostLogin/Default.crunchbang

Once you have removed the script, the default folder will no longer be created after a reboot. See the known issues thread for more information about the faulty script: http://crunchbang.org/forums/topic/80402-known-issues

    Hope this helps :)
