I have had a hunt around to see whether I could find anything about the best way to to handle sid updating when wheezy moves to stable and then the shuffle up starts from the other branches. Is it better of waiting to do an update until thing settle down again? And then how to wait?

This might be helpful to others as debian moves to the new stable version and trying to maintain a usable/stable sid.

And opinions/suggestions would be appreciated.
