A Merry Ubuntu Christmas - Update 2

The Ubuntu Christmas marketing campaign is going really well and it's starting to takeoff. The one thing that never fails to amaze me about Ubuntu is its community of users and developers. I've never known such a friendly, supportive and engaging group of people. Once again, I'd like to thank everybody for their support and for adding the images to their blogs/sites.

After being translated into Spanish, the image has now been translated into German.

Ubuntu Weihnachten

I've never been to Germany, but I know the Germans do Christmas in style — there's a Christmas Market in Lincoln every year and whenever I go I make a beeline for the German stalls. German stollen is delicious. Anyhow, thanks to Dee for translating the image.

how bout for the atheists, agnostics, muslims, hindus, shintoists, buddhists, and jews?

@Derek Buranen: You missed out the Baha'i faith, not to mention Sikhs and a few others :) Seriously though, in case you missed it, I'll quote from the final note in my original post:

Believe it or not, Christmas happens. Every year people around the world celebrate, spend time together and enjoy themselves. Whether you call it Christmas, Crimbo, Xmas or the holiday season, it still happens. Whatever you call it, this campaign should not be about religion.

    Peace.

Also, on the Ubuntu marketing list, Corey Burger has already suggested making images for Kwanzaa and Hanukkah. This is a brilliant idea and if anyone could help out with this it would be great.

One user "Geier" in our forum has created a Kubuntu version in German in English: http://ubuntuusers.de/ikhaya/799/ Feel free to use it under "CC-BY-NC-SA-2.0 German". :)

@Dee: Awesome :) Does Geier have a blog so I can link and give credit? I'll post the images tonight.
